Atlanta Ruckus:

After leaving the Soviet Union, Dave worked with several professional teams in various capacities. Of special note is serving as Head Coach of the Atlanta Ruckus. Dave took the Ruckus from what had been a string of loosing seasons to within inches of winning the 1995 A-league championship. Having defeated the top-seeded and defending champion Montreal Impact in a three-game semi-final series, the Ruckus took the Seattle Sounders to three games before falling in a shootout. The Ruckus team disbanded in 1998 due to management and financial problems (at no fault of Dave), which made Dave ‘available’ and precipitated DCSA having the honor of his services and expertise.

DCSA

Dave has served as League trainer for DCSA for the last two years. During that time:

· he has worked as team trainer for selected teams,

· has provided numerous players personal, professional training to prepare them for Athena or Premier level play and/or to prepare for ODP assessment and acceptance,

· in the summer of 1999, Dave served DCSA by providing 16 one-week training camps during the summer.

• in the summer of 2000, Dave served DCSA as Camp Training Director of the highly successful World Force Camp with Euro-Classic Soccer.

World Force Soccer Academy

Dave's dream of establishing a world-class soccer academy took shape with the 2000 "Euro-Classic" and the 2001 "Brazilian Classic" training camps featuring an all professional training staff.  The summer of 2002 camp plans are equally exciting.  Eventually, the Academy will include a residential option of 3 to 12 months to prepare Select, Collegiate, and Professional players for the next level of play.
